HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 447, Ordinance Number 74-1-927447 ORDINANCE NO. 74-1-927 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED TO THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR WIDENING OF PARK AVENUE ADJACENT TO NOBLE PARK, FOR THE SUM OF $13,500.00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a deed to the Kentucky Department of Highways, its successors or assigns, for Parcel No. 44, SP 73-6172-9111, as shown and described on Final Right-of-way Plans for said project, which parcel consists of land and improvements along Park Avenue and adjacent to Noble Park, for the total sum of $13,500.00, which compensation is as follows: Land, $6,970.00; Improvements, $2,130.00; Special Improvements, $2,600.00; Temporary Easement, $150.00; Construction Easement, $1,560.00, and adjustment, $90.00. In consideration of the above, the Kentucky Department of Highways shall be required to relocate or reconstruct the fence along Noble Park, and shall tie into and reconstruct all park entrances, and shall disturb as little as possible the baseball field fronting along Park Avenue. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
