DOROTHY GIPSON, 820 NORTI! 22ND STREET, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 1, BLOCK 8 O'BRIANS ADDITION, FOR THE SUM OF $260.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY SECTION 1. That the offer of Mrs. Dorothy Gipson in the amount of $260.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land in said City, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 1, Block 8, O'Brian Addition, fronting 40 feet on the south side of Seitz Street at the intersection of Mississippi Street, and as shown on page 560 of Block Map Book 4 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same land (Thomas Evans property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer, by deed dated August 17, 1972, and of record in Deed Book 543, page 677 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $260.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Mrs. Dorothy Gipson all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3.
