ORDINANCE NO. 74-1-915
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF GRESHAM AND KERR, JOHN
KEELING ASSOCIATES, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING TO THE TVA TOWNLIFT
PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Gresham and
Kerr, John Keeling Associates for architectural services relating to the TVA Town -
lift proposal, for a fee not to exceed the sum of $3,500.00 to perform such service
as contained in the proposal of the architectural firm submitted to City Manager,
J. William Howerton, on December 14, 1973, a copy of which was received and filed
with the minutes of this Board on December 28, 1973, and which proposal is in-
corporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Gresham and Kerr, John Keeling Associates, for the services
set forth in Section 1 above according to the terms and conditions of the proposal of
December 14, 1973, submitted by said associates.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for at least one week in the completed form in which it shall
be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect
ten days thereafter.
