ORDINANCE NO, 73-12-904
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 10-52 (a) , "STREET
DEPARTMENT - GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-52 "Street
department - generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
as reads
"Laborers (3 positions)"
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
"Laborers (4 positions)"
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 4 of Ordinance No. 73-3-784,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973, and was amended
by ordinance No. 73-4-797 adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 10, 1973,
and was last amended by Ordinance No. 73-10-899 adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on October 30, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
