ORDINANCE NO. 73-12-902
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 12-19
"NUMBER, RANK AND SALARIES OF MEMBERS", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 12-19 "Number, rank and
salaries of members", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
read as follows:
"SECTION 12-19. Number, rank and salaries of members.
(a) The number and rank of the members of the fire department of the city
and their monthly salaries. provided such salaries are not changed by any annual
apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted, shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. Section 1 hereof amends an ordinance adopted December 11,
1951, and last amended by Ordinance No. 73-3-780 adopted March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
