AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE FEDERAL
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A
MATCHING GRANT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MOBILE FIRE SAFETY HOUSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for a Federal
Emergency Management Agency Firefighters Matching Grant in the amount of $42,300
for the purchase of a mobile fire safety house. The City's cash match will be in the
amount of $4,700.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-7802-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
