A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ASSIGNMENT OF ALL CONTRACTS BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND EDWARD T. HANNAN & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO BIAGI-HANNAN
& ASSOCIATES, INC. CONSULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS, Edward T. Hannan & Associates, Inc. has sold its assets to
Biagi-Iiannan &Associates, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the same personnel and engineering staff will continue to be
employed by Biagi -Hannan & Associates, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has one or more contracts with Edward T.
Hannan & Associates, Inc. for consulting engineering services, and
WHEREAS, said contracts do not permit assignment or substitution without
the owner's consent.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes and approves a
transfer or assignment of all engineering contracts now held between the City of
Paducah, Kentucky and Edward T. Hannan & Associates, Inc. to Biagi -Hannan &
Associates, Inc.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
