AM ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47 (a)
"NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of sub -section (a) of Section 2-47 "Non -civil
service employees generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, as reads
"Housing Code Enforcement Officer (3 positions)"
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
"Housing Code Enforcement Officer (4 positions)".
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 1 of Ordinance No. 73-3-783
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
