ORDINANCE NO. 73-10-897
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-53 (a) "REFUSE DEPARTMENT"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY ABOLISHING
ONE POSITION OF EQUIPMENT OPERATOR "B", AND CREATING THE NEW POSITION
OF EQUIPMENT OPERATOR "A"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-53 "Refuse
Department" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads
"Equipment Operator 'B' (2 positions) $3.31"
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
"Equipment Operator 'A' (1 position) 3.41
Equipment Operator 'B' (1 position) 3.31"
SECTION 2, Section 1 above amends Section 5 of Ordinance No. 73-3-784
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
