ORDINANCE NO. 73-10-896
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-61 (a) " UNASSIGNED POSITIONS",
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ABOLISHING
THE POSITION OF "NO. 1 MAINTENANCE MAN", AND CREATING THE NEW POSITION
OF "NO. 1 MAINTENANCE MAN -OSHA INSPECTOR"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-61 "Unassigned
positions", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads -
"No. 1 Maintenance Man $3.41"
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
"No. 1 Maintenance ➢Ian - OSHA Inspector 3.56"
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 11 of Ordinance No. 73-3-784
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
