ORDINANCE NO. 73-10-895
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-52 "STREET DEPARTMENT -GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY CREATING
THE NEW POSITION OF "NIGHT FOREMAN"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-52 "Street
Department - Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended and reordained to add the following new position:
"Position Base Monthly Salary
Night Foreman $670.00"
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 4 of Ordinance No. 73-3-784,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
