ORDINANCE NO. 73-10-893
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $50,000.00 FROM
THE SEWER DEPRECIATION AND EXTENSION FUND TO "EDA PROJECT NO. 04-01-01009
ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah by Ordinance No. 72-12-732 established
"EDA Project No. 04-01-01009 Account" to accommodate and handle all funds for
said project to extend sanitary sewer facilities to the Coleman Road Industrial Site, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to transfer additional funds to said account
to pay for current construction costs,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized
to transfer the sum of $50,000.00 from the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Fund to
"EDA Project No. 04-01-01009" Account.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is further authorized, upon the completion
of the aforesaid construction project and the satisfaction of all indebtedness incurred
by the City of Paducah during said construction, to transfer and reimburse all remaining
funds from "EDA Project No. 04-01-01009" Account back to the Sewer Depreciation and
Extension Fund Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
