A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR
REIMBURSEMENT GRANT, PURSUANT TO PUBLIC LAW 92-500, FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to submit, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, an application for reimbursement
grant, pursuant to Public Law 92-500, for construction of the City Selvage Treatment
Plant.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be retroactive to October 15, 1973
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
