ORDINANCE NO. 73-1.0-891
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING ONE (1) 1938 GENERAL FIRE TRUCK
AS SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE TO WALTER GREGORY, PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, FOR THE SUM OF $1,500.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That one (1) 32-C 750 G.P.M., Triple combination, IIS
2 stage centrifugal pump, 1938 General fire truck be, and it is hereby, declared
to be surplus equipment for the Fire Department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be. and he is hereby, authorized
to accept the offer of Walter Gregory, Paducah, Kentucky, in the amount of $1,500.00
for the purchase of said surplus property, and to take all necessary steps to effect
the sale and disposal of said property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
