ORDINANCE NO. 73F10-890
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, WITH COMMUNITY PROGRAM CONSULTANTS,
INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN THE PREPARATION OF AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute a contract, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, with Community
Program Consultants, Inc., for consulting services to be rendered in the preparation
of an Economic Development Plan for the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and providing
therein that the City of Paducah, Kentucky, shall pay no more than the total sum of
$14,000.00 for the services to be rendered under the aforesaid contract, which sum
shall include all travel and subsistence expence incurred in the performance of the
services.

SECTION 2. That Account No. 6333 shall be charged with this
