A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO ALLIE MORGAN FOR
DEDICATED ASSISTANCE RENDERED TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY IN
REGARD TO CABLE TELEVISION
WHEREAS, Allie Morgan has volunteered and rendered invaluable
assistance to the City of Paducah, Kentucky throughout its explorations for obtaining
a cable television system, and
WHEREAS, with the guidance, interest and dedication of Allie Morgan, the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, has endeavored to select a cable system that would best
serve the needs of all the citizens of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
has previously expressed their appreciation to Allie Morgan for the services that he has
rendered, but now desire to again express their appreciation in a permanent and
formal manner.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION l.. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by and through its
Board of Commissioners, express its appreciation and gratitude to Allie Morgan
for his many and varied services to the City throughout its attempt to select and
obtain a Cable Television System.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized and
directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to Allie Morgan.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and
directed to spread a copy of this Resolution on the permanent record book of the
City of Paducah, so that all in the future may be aware of the dedication and services
of Allie Morgan.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
