ORDINANCE NO. 73-9-880
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 8-36 "CHARGE FOR
OPENING AND CLOSING GRAVES; OTHER CEMETERY SERVICES", OF ARTICLE III,
OAK GROVE CEMETERY GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 8-36 "Charge for opening and closing
graves; other cemetery services", of Article III, "Oak Grove Cemetery Generally",
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads:
Week days and after 1 p.m. Monday
Box or vault for adult . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $60.00
Child's or other grave under 6 feet . . . .. . . . . . . . 35.00
Saturdays and before 1 p.m. Monday
Any grave . . . .. . . . . .. . .. . . .. .. .. . . . . 77.00„
be amended and reordained so that said portion of said Section as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
Week days and after 1 p.m. Monday

Saturdays and before 1 p.m. Monday

SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends a portion of an ordinance which
was last amended by Ordinance No. 72-6-661 dated June 13, 1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
