ORDINANCE NO. 73-9-879
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 8-33 "PRICE OF GRAVE
LOTS SOLD UNDER SINGLE -GRAVE PRIVILEGE", OF ARTICLE III "OAK GROVE
CEMETERY GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KE-NTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 8-33 "Price of grave lots sold under
single -grave privilege" of Article III "Oak Grove Cemetery Generally", of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads:
"(a) In the Mausoleum Addition the price per grave shall be .... $200.00"
is hereby amended and reordained so that said portion of said section as
amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"(a) In the Mausoleum Addition the price per grave shall be..... $250.00".
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends a portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 70-11-405, which was adopted on November 10, 1970.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
