ORDINANCE NO. 73-8-865
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 10-53(a), "REFUSE
DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-53 "Refuse
Department", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads -
Truck Drivers (10 positions)
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
Truck Drivers (11 positions)
SECTION 2. That Section 1 above amends Section 5 of Ordinance No. 73-3-784,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
