ORDINANCE NO. 73-7-855
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A 20 FOOT ALLEY EXTENDING EAST FROM
VALLEY ROAD (41ST STREET), AND BEING 160 FEET NORTH OF BUCKNER LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH. KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 . That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize
the closing of a certain alley in said City described as follows:
A 20 foot alley extending from the east line of Valley Road
(41st Street) across the properties of Moss 8 Wilson to
another alley running North from Buckner Lane, said
20 feet alley being 160 feet North of Buckner Lane.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute,
pursuant to KRS 94.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment
ordering the closing of the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
