ORDINANCE NO. 73-7- 853
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE PLAYGROUND
EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT UPON A PLAYGROUND
TO BE DEVELOPED AT FOREST HILLS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to purchase from The Miracle Equipment Company, the following playground
equipment for use by the Parks & Recreation Department upon a playground to be
developed in Forest Hills:

Prices shall be f.o.b. Paducah and shall include all applicable sales taxes.
SECTION 2. The cost of the items described in Section I above shall be
charged to Account No. 5125 Federal Revenue Sharing Funds.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
