HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 274, Ordinance Number 73-7-8537 ORDINANCE NO. 73-7- 853 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT UPON A PLAYGROUND TO BE DEVELOPED AT FOREST HILLS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
