HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 267, Ordinance Number 73-7-84826 ORDINANCE NO. 73-7-848 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,086.63 TO THE PADUCAH WATER WORKS FOR RELOCATION OF AN EIGHT INCH WATER MAIN ALONG FRIEDMAN LANE WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on January 16, 1973, passed an ordinance authorizing the payment of $2,511.33 for the reimbursing of the Paducah Water Works for the cost of relocating an eight inch water main along Friedman Lane, and WHEREAS, the final balance now owed by the City for the cost of said relocation is $3,086.63, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the Paducah Water Works the sum of $3,086.63 for the labor and material used for relocating the eight inch water main along Friedman Lane. SECTION 2. That Account No. 9094 be charged with this expense. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
