ORDINANCE NO. 73-7-846
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF MID -SOUTH MATERIALS
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF VARIOUS CULVERT MATERIALS TO BE USED IN NOBLE
PARK, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH
PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the proposal of
Mid -South Materials for sale to the City of various culvert materials for use in Noble
Park in the amount of $1,297.29, said proposal being dated June 26, 1973.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Mid -South Materials for sale to the City of the items
authorized in Section I above.
SECTION 3. That Account No. 3456 be charged with the foregoing items.
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in
the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
