AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-52 "STREET DEPARTMENT -
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-52 "Street
Department - Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
as reads -
Equipment Operator "A" (4 positions),
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
Equipment Operator "A" (5 positions).
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 4 of Ordinance No.
73-3-784, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
