ORDINANCE NO. 73-6-839
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 25-1 (a), "NUMBER,
RANK AND SALARIES OF MEMBERS OF DEPARTMENT", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 25-1 "Number,
rank and salaries of members of department" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, as reads -

be amended and reordained in the following manner:
Policemen 40.
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 1 of Ordinance No. 73-3-778,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
