A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
"KENTUCKY LAW ENFORCEMENT FOUNDATION PROGRAM FUND OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH" ACCOUNT,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a "Kentucky Law Enforcement
Foundation Program Fund of the City of Paducah" Account, and the Paducah
Bank and Trust Company of Paducah, Kentucky, is designated as the
depository for said account; the purpose of said account shall be to facilitate
in the accounting for all cash receipts and disbursements received by the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, during its participation in the Kentucky Law Enforcement
Foundation Program Fund.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and the City Treasurer of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby authorized and approved as joint signatories
for the aforesaid account.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be retroactive to the date of
June 14, 1973.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
