DRIVER AND WIFE, NANCY DRIVER, 2725 JACKSON STREET, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 9, BLOCK 5 IN THURMAN, HUGHES, HERZOG AND BETHEL ADDITION , LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF BETHEL STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $400.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY SECTION 1. That the offer of James E. Driver and wife, Nancy Driver, in the amount of $400.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land in said City, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 9, Block 5 i Thurman, Hughes, Herzog and Bethel Addition, Plat Book "A", page 80 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office, fronting 39 feet on the west side of Bethel Street, and as shown on page 65 of Block Map Book No. 6 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same land (Jim Gordon property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer, by deed dated May 24, 1973, and of record in Deed Book , page , in the aforesaid Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $400.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to James E. Driver and wife, Nancy Driver, in survivorship, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section I hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey.
