A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH WHITE FARMS FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN CITY REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a contract with White Farms for the use during the year 1973 of unutilized
real property located in the City Landfill Site.
SECTION 2. Said contract shall contain terms providing to the City one-
third of all money received from the sale of any crops grown on the aforesaid
site during the year 1973 and providing further that the City may use any
required land during the term of the contract, at no expense to it, even if said
use results in the destruction of planted crops.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
