ORDINANCE NO. 73-5-817
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHESTER MATHIS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,505.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 1953 ALLIS CHALMERS DOZER OWNED
BY THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY SALE DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Chester Mathis in the sum of $1,505.00 for the sale by the City of one (1)
1953 Model HD5 Allis Chalmers Dozer, serial number B17173 equipped
with two (2) cylinder GMC diesel engine, ten (10) foot dozer blade and rear
mounted wench.
SECTION 2. Upon payment by Chester Mathis of the sum of $1,505.00
to the City Treasurer, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the necessary Bill of Sale and any other necessary documents
transferring the equipment set out in Section I hereof to the said Chester
Mathis.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
