HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 189, Ordinance Number 73-4-811ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 73-4-811 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF B & B CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED TO THE FIRE STATION LOCATED ON 6TH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of B & B Construction Company for providing the City with various materials and services for repairs to the fire station located on 6th Street in Paducah, Kentucky, in the total amount of $2,100.00 as contained in the bid of B & B Construction Company dated April 9, 1973. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with B & B Construction Company for providing the City with various materials and services authorized in Section 1 above according to the bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3.
