INC., FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF FOUR PICK-UP TRUCKS FOR USE BY THE STREET AND MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY DIANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City accept the bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. for sale to the City of four (4) pick-up trucks for use by the Street and Maintenance Departments, said bid being in the net cash price of $9,977.56, and said bid being dated April 5, 1973, and in compliance with the resolution and specifications for such bid as was previously adopted by the Board of Commissioners. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc, for the purchase of the motor vehicles set forth in Section 1 above according to the bid, specifi- cations and all contract documents relating thereto. SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
