ORDINANCE NO. 73-1-741
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12-24 "SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR" OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 12-24 "Switchboard Operator - Position
Created" of the Code of the City of Paducah be amended and reordained
so that such section of said Code of Ordinances as amended and
reordained shall be as follows:
"There is hereby created and established four (4) positions
of noncivil service fire department switchboard operators for
the city."
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance adopted February 28,
1967, which was last amended by Section 3 of ordinance No. 72-4-639
adopted April 18, 1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
