AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 12-19 "NUMBER,
RANK AND SALARIES OF MEMBERS" OF ARTICLE It "FIRE DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
I PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 12-19 "Number, rank and
salaries of members", of Article Il, "Fire Department", of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that some as amended
and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 12-19. Number, rank and salaries of members.
(a) The number and rank of the members of the fire department of the
city and their monthly salaries, provided such salaries are not changed by any annual
apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted, shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance originally adopted on December
11, 1951, and last amended by Ordinance No. 75-2-1078 adopted February 4, 1975.
No SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and otter
December 22, 1975.
