AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH F
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SO,
WEST CORNER OF PARK AVENUE AND NORTH 6TH STREET, AND AMENDING TI
PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1971 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
PADUCAIi,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Cort
on December 1, 1975, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REP
THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROF
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARK AVENUE AND NORTH 6TH S1
approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein
SECTION 2. That the zone classification change and the map amend)
proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agr
with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following property b
it is hereby, changed from R-4, High Density Residential Zone to B-3, General
Zone:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of
Park Avenue and the centerline of North 6th Street; thence
in a southwesterly direction and with the centerline of Park
Avenue a distance of 199.12 feet; thence at right angles and
in a southeasterly direction and with the centerline of an
alley 87.75 feet; thence at right angles in a northeasterly
direction and with the property line of Myrick and others
199.12 feet to the centerline of North Gill Street; thence
at right angles in a northwesterly direction and to the
centerline of North Pith Street 87.75 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION' 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall he found to be itloperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision ,hall not affect any other
s,ciion, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this

SECTION 5. This Ordinance ,,,hall be in full force and offset from and
after the dale of its adoption.
