ORDINANCE NO. 75-11-1198
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. FOR SALE
TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ONE (1) NEN 1976 FOUR DOOR AUTOMOBILE FOR USE
BY THE CHIEF OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc.
for sale to the City of one (1) new 1976 Ford LTD 4 -door automobile for use by the Chief
of the Fire Department at the total net price of $4,557.05, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by
resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on October 21, 1975, and as contained
in the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc. dated October 28, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Allan Rhodes, Inc. for sale to the City of the automobile
authorized in Section 1 above according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. The purchase

price for some shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2214.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
