ORDINANCE NO. 75-11-1193
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMIWISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended as to Sub-
section (a), so that said sub -section shall hereafter read'as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation
of such employment, to -wit:

SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance originally adopted on March 16, 1957
and last amended by Ordinance No. 75-10-1179 adppted October 7, 1975.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
