ORDINANCE NO. 75-11-1192
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-51
"ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 10-51 "Engineering Department"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said sub -section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions
in the engineering department, and the salary of each position, provided the amount
of such salary is not changed under any apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted,
shall be as follows:
Position Base Monthly Salary
City Engineer 1,550.00
Assistant City Engineer 1,000.00
Chief Draftsman 829.00
Chief of party 829.00
Engineering technician (2 positions) 800.00
Instrument man 693.00
Junior Draftsman 555.00
Chainman 535.00
Clerk -Stenographer 525.00
Clerk -typist 445.00 "
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 3 of Ordinance No. 74-12-1062
which wris adopted by the Bonrd of Commissioners on December 30, 1974.
SECTION 3. Thnt this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption Deal retroactive. to November 10, 1975.
