ORDINANCE NO. 75-11-1189
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUB -SECTION 40.023 "AMORTIZATION
OF NONCONFORMING JUNK YARDS", OF SECTION 40, ARTICLE IV OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section 40.023 "Amortization of nonconforming
junk yards", of Section 40, ARTICLE N of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
