AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. FOR SAI
THE CITY OF ONE (1) STATION WAGON FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATIO]
DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRAC'
SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes, Ir
for sale to the City of one (1) Custom 500 Station Wagon for use by the Parks and
Recreation Department for the sum of $3,692.61, said bid being in substantial comF
with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolut
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September 23, 1975, and as contained it
bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc. dated October 7, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with Allan Rhodes, Inc. for sale to the City of the vehicle
authorized in Section 1 above according to the specifications, bid proposal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for same shall be charged to Federal
Revenue Sharing Account No. 5114.
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) week i
the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted s
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
