ORDINANCE NO. 75-10-1186
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE IIID OF SHELTON FORD TRACTOR
R SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) RUBBER TIRED TRACTOR FOR USE BY THE PARKS
ID RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
;ONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
DUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Shelton Ford Tractor
sale to the City of one (1) New 2000 Ford Gas Tractor for use by the Parks and
creation Department for the sum of $4,799.00, said bid being in substantial compliance
th the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution
apted by the Board of Commissioners on September 23, 1975, and as contained in the
I of Shelton Ford Tractor dated October 9, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
execute a contract with Shelton Ford Tractor for sale to the City of the equipment
thorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
itract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for same shall be charged to Federal
venue Sharing Account No. 5114.
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
rrefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) week in
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
