HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 1025, Ordinance Number 75-10-11841025 i/ Ordinance No. 75-10-1184 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF RUDD-WOODALL MOTOR SALES FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) PICKUP TRUCK FOR USE BY THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Rudd -Woodall Motor Sales for sale to the City of one (1) F100 133" Wheel Base Style Side Truck for use by the Maintenance Department for the sum of $3,195.00, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September 23, 1975, and as contained in the bid of Rudd -Woodall Motor Sales dated October 10, 1975. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Rudd -Woodall Motor Sales for sale to the City of the equipment authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. The purchase price for same shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 1814. SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
