ORDINANCE NO. 75-10-1179
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Nonefvil service employees generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended as to Sub-
section (a), so that said sub -section shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the
amount set opposite the designation
of such employment, to -wit:

SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance originally adopted March 16, 1957,
and last amended by Ordinance No. 75-9-1164 adopted September 2, 1975.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of it's adoption.
