A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND THE BUREAU
OF HIGHWAYS,
COMMONWEALTII
OF KENTUCKY, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1975
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD

SECTION 1. That the contract between the City of Paducah and the
Bureau of Highways, Commonwealth of Kentucky,
so as to include the following described projects:

directed to sign all necessary documents for the amending cf the aforesaid contract in
the manner set forth in Section I above.

SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
