AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY EXTENDING FROM THE WEST LINE
OF GREEN STREET, IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION, A DISTANCE OF 240 FEET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize
the closing of a portion of an alley in said city described as follows:
All that portion of a 15 foot alley extending from the
west line of Green Street, in a westerly direction,
a distance of 240 feet to the west property line of Lot
No. 6, now owned by Wes McBride.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant
to KRS 94.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the
closing of that portion of the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
