ORDINANCE NO. 72-4-633
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49 "CITY MANAGER - GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-49 "City Manager - generally" of the
Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky. be amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read
City Manager - generally.
The city manager shall receive a salary for his services
at the rate of $18,600.00 per year. Such salary shall be paid at
the times other city salaries are paid, and shall be exclusive of
the compensation paid to him as a member of the electric plant board
of this city."
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of Ordinance No.
70-4-317, adopted April 28, 1970.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and retroactive to April 1, 1972.
