MILLS, JR., TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 1.0, BLOCK 12 OF O'BRYANS ADDITION FOR THE SUM OF $200.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Norman B. Mills, Jr., in the amount of $200.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in the following described land in said city, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 10, Block 12 of O'Bryans Addition, being 40 feet by 120 feet at the southwest corner of 23rd Street and Spruce (Jones) Street, and as shown on page 58 of Block Map Book 4 in the office of the City Engineer. See Deed Book 80, page 89. Being the same land (Jake M. Roush estate and M. C. Warren estate) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer, by deed dated March 2, 1972 and of record in Deed Book , page in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $200..00 to the. City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Norman B. Mills, Jr.. all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title, shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey, and shall be subject to 1972 City of Paducah taxes which are to be paid by the purchaser. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
