ORDINANCE NO. 72-3-617
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN OPERATION AGREEMENT FOR AN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AT BARKLEY
FIELD, WHICH TOWER IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE UNITED STATES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute an operation agreement for air
traffic control tower between the United States of America and the
City of Paducah, Kentucky and the County of McCracken, which tower
shall be located at Barkley Field, and which agreement has been
received, filed and approved by the Board bf Commissioners of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, with the Minutes of this meeting on March 7,
1972, and which said agreement is incorporated herein by reference
as if copied herein in full.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
