HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 17, Page 927, Ordinance Number 72-2-611927 ORDINANCE NO. 72-2-611 AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 2-187 AUTOMOBILE ATLOWANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That there is hereby created a new section to the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, which shall hereafter be designated and read as follows: "Sec. 2-187. Automobile allowance. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to be paid the sum of $75.00 per month for the use of his own private automobile in the performance of his duties as city engineer, in lieu of all other transportation expense, except business trips away from the city. Payment of such monthly expense sum shall continue as long as the city engineer maintains and uses his private motor vehicle in the conduct of his office. Payment shall be made as of the close of each calendar month." SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
