ORDINANCE NO 72-1-600
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER THE
SUM OF $7,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY TO ACCOUNT NO. 6282
OAKLAWN CODE ENFORCEMENT, FOR PROJECT COMPLETION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund
of the City of Paducah to Account No. 6282 Oaklawn Code Enforcement
for purposes of completing and concluding the Oaklawn Neighborhood
Coed Enforcement Project.
SECTION 2. An emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for at
least one week for public inspection in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in
full force and effect immediately thereafter.
