ORDINANCE No. 72-1-599
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM
OF $10,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY TO THE URBAN RENEWAL
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the Urban Renewal and Community Development
Agency of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the sum of $10,000.00 from
the General Fund of the City for local contributions to said agency
for use in the Agency's general operations.
SECTION 2. An emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for at
least one week for public inspection in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in
full force and effect immediately thereafter.
